Environmental partners and tokenisation
The question I pose in the introduction to this article is;
“How will our partners deal with tokenisation considering many will be legacy businesses not supporting or caring for the latest digital technologies?”
Typically, I do not start a blog with what may arguably appear to be a self-serving statement or rhetorical question. Such a beginning can add to confusion or be seen as capricious.
I believe the first paragraph of any writing should capture the reader’s interest, not obfuscate, adding a clarity, purpose and detail to the subject matter. Today, I open this article with a question, a challenge to the reader, for the purpose of setting up the discussion, hopefully without ambiguity of the important content and more importantly its meaning to the future of global environmentalism. I do this to introduce a critically important concept, the tokenisation of environmental action giving a new global level of access and scalability to environmentalism, imbuing a new environmental audience with power.
Before I mention the word ‘tokenisation I want to talk about architecture and how environment4change’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) has the ability to encapsulate, empower, and embolden under-utilised and non-utilised resources, both human, capital and equipment, to the cause of environmentalism. What does this mean? It means, via a PaaS architecture, the platform’s services encapsulate, empower, and embolden resources, assets and action not previously visible or reachable, in the service of local or global environmentalism, where no such mechanism enabling such globally worthy functionality, has existed previously. This is done by ensuring the access layer is visible to all global citizens with a connected device and the environmental tools are local, intuitive and social in construct and usability. Locality is enabled by supporting a number of languages and customs ensuring the tools are comfortable to all traditions and cultural sensitivities.
From today, no environmental event or movement and no global company or organisation has been able to call, unite and collect the global all to a set of innovative digital tools that will build community around local action and movements.
The magic of our PaaS architecture enables the gathering of seemingly dispersed and unconnected environmental concerns and seeing these initially unconnected activities and action, converged into a single push forward, through digitization and tokenisation, seeing environmental improvement and betterment for our connected and shared globe. Our treatment of access and participation, to real self-started local but global environmentalism will occur seamlessly, to the end user or partner, without a change in normal socially accepted user habit. For commerce originating outside the 'Platform as a Service' (PaaS) architecture, this commerce will define the new and ever expanding, virtual boarder of the platforms e-commerce ecosystem.
Greater the adoption and use of the platform from usual and legacy businesses, the greater the virtual environment4change ecosystem will grow. This growth all described, managed, valued, and defined by the tokenisation of the real and transparent environmental participation. This near infinite opportunity to scale environmental participation past what is even considered possible today, is the only one of its kind and represents the World changing requisite change to engage with the global population to solve and repair our dirty, misused and mistreated planet.
Third party market defined businesses will assist with the process of a seamless integration between the old model environmental legacy business and the building of a global push built on internet technology and an ethos that all global citizens must be given the opportunity to participate. Notwithstanding the very old or the ground breaking new, the act of tokenisation with bring the two together, in concert, to define a new environmental ecosystem and marketplace where new models of doing things collaborate the very best of the tried and true, for the single sake of saving our shared planet.
Many of you now may be looking for an example or two of how tokenisation will actually work and how the E4C token specifically will work-in with the business’s legacy technology. A single example will not be definitive of all outcomes. Solutions will demonstrate, contain and evidence a converged mashup, a hybrid of technologies including cloud computing, distributed networking, new innovative data structures, webservices and environmental services and problem solving. Data, information and the encoding of same, will prove to be the “super-glue” giving cohesion, sense, and a feeling of belonging between the old and new respectively. At the time of writing I do not believe there is a single environmental activity, large or small, the environment4change PaaS will not enhance and give value to! I invite you all to please stay tuned!
